My journey into healthcare consulting and business development has been driven by a passion for helping organizations grow while making a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. I recognized that many agencies had the potential to grow but lacked the guidance, structure, and positioning needed to do so effectively. That realization led me to establish CareBridge LLC, where I now leverage my expertise in business development, relationship management, and operational strategy to help agencies build strong foundations, streamline their processes, and confidently expand into the VA space.
